How to Apply Online:-

If you are planning to apply for a recruitment drive conducted by the SSC,
 follow these detailed steps to ensure a smooth and error-free application process:

1. Visit the Official Application Portal

Begin by accessing the official recruitment portal for 

SSC MTS/Havaldar. Generally, applications are accepted through:

2. Register or Login

If you're a new user, you must register using your basic details such as name, mobile number, email ID, and Aadhaar (if required). Once registered, a login ID and password will be generated.

3. Fill in the Application Form

Once logged in, find the active recruitment under the “Latest Vacancies” or “Current Openings” section.
Click on "Apply", and carefully fill out the online application form. You will be asked for:

• Personal details (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, etc.)

• Contact details (Mobile, Email, Address)

• Educational qualifications

• Work experience (if applicable)

• Category and reservation-related details

• Preferred exam city or centre (you can usually select 3–5 cities in order of preference)

Ensure all fields are filled in accurately and truthfully.

4. Upload Required Documents

You will need to upload scanned copies of essential documents, typically including:

• Passport-size photograph

• Signature

• Caste or category certificate (if applicable)

• Educational certificates/mark sheets

• ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport)

• Disability certificate (if claiming PwD reservation)

Follow the exact size and format mentioned in the notification — usually JPG or PDF format with size limits like 50KB–200KB.

5. Pay the Application Fee

After submitting the form, you will be directed to the fee payment section. The fee amount varies depending on the post and your category.
Available payment modes often include:

• Credit/Debit Card

• Net Banking

• UPI

• E-wallets or Bank Challan (for offline payment)

Once the payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation receipt. Keep it for future reference.

6. Preview and Verify Details

Before making the final submission, the portal usually allows you to preview the filled form.
Carefully verify:

• Name spelling

• Date of birth

• Document uploads

• Selected exam cities

• Fee status

Make any necessary corrections before hitting "Final Submit." Once submitted, changes might not be allowed.

7. Submit and Save the Application

Once you are fully satisfied with all the entered details and uploads, submit the form. A unique registration number or application ID will be generated.

Immediately download a copy of the submitted application form and save it as PDF for future use, such as:

• Downloading admit cards

• Verifying application status

• Attending document verification or interviews
